He is saying, if your attack is capped, which in many situations it will be on Y/G/K for SAM, it will do nothing which is why the STR will do more.

In some cases, that's completely true.
In comparison between Haubergeon +1 and Kirin's Osode, it ALWAYS is better to use Osode for GKT WS, with the exception of Tachi: Kaiten. The only place you can really swap between the two is the backpiece, where if you're not capping pDIF you wear Forager, and if you are, you wear Smilodon +1.
Again, not only do YGK get a huge Accuracy bonus, they get an immense ATT bonus as well. More often than not, you're capped.
End of story.

Domaru has more STR than Hauby+1, so I guess he's thinking you would promote that, or something. It's 4 AM here, so just guessing.

The only real argument is the osode > hauby argument
Cerb + 1 > smilo +1 shouldn't be an argument.

Domaru isn't bad for ws, especially if you are /rng or need the store tp from it, just dont tp in it...
People tping in domaru is as bad as them doing it in askar body, leave that for drgs pls

Well if you dont have an osode, Domaru is actually the next best thing to WS in.
It's only loldomaru because to man sams choose to TP in it, its not a bad piece if you lack osode.

I don't think mobs in Dynamis, Einherjar, Limbus, Salvage are very high def.

Some of the mobs in those zones are actually higher defense.
But actually, Haubergeon +1 edges out Domaru. Barely. NQ Haub and Domaru are equals. The argument between Smilo and Forager's has been explained, and it's no contest between Haub+1 and Osode. I don't understand why it's so hard for him to understand, but it's likely due to not really understanding the math behind this game.

God, I know. Thanks for the reminder, lol.
Ok so my LS is giving me a hard time on my new sam so I was wondering what I should be wearing for fulltime. Currently I have the ACP body with ACC+10 and Double Attack+2 which seems like a good TP piece for over time damage and they tell me I should wear a Hauby or Hauby +1 for the att and WS with it as well because it's better than my Hachiman Domaru. The second item is my Forager's Mantle and Smilodon +1 which they say I should just throw out and full time Forager's. Now I may not have played SAM for very long but I could at least think for 1 hit weapon skills stacking STR and decent acc is enough for WS gear right? Some expert advice would be great.
