I'm just curious about how +1 could equal +2% since I don't think there's anything else in the game which works like that?

They've always been vauge on the difference between +number and +% and "enhanced effect". The world may never know, but knowing how useful it is should be more than enough to go by in knowing how much of it to stack on.

It's not +1 merit though ... otherwise +1 Store TP would be +2 Store TP.

EDIT: Just to be clear in case we're debating the same point but misunderstanding each other because of semantics issues,

I am saying that +5 Snapshot = +5% Snapshot = 10% Delay Reduction, other theory is that +5 Snapshot = +10% Snapshot = 20% Delay Reduction.

EDIT2: Lol, re-reading it again it seems I misread what you said from the start! I blame it being 3am; +5 Snapshot = +5% Snapshot = 10% Delay Reduction. For some reason I misread you as saying that +1 Snapshot = +2% Snapshot (and hence 4% Delay Reduction) <_<
