I wouldn't mind this, but I'd like them to use completely new zones instead of messing with the old ones. Abyssea - Rolanberry, Sauromugue, Batallia: Hands, Head, Feet Abyssea - Beaucedine, Xarcabard: Body, Legs Omen was used for AF upgrades so they aren't tied to going back to abyssea, it would be another grind event.
Empyrean upgrades also had a weird interdule of needing vagary KI so really they can do anything. Could be aduolin zone they use. But if they do go back to Abyssea I do hope it's not the same zones. Honestly, I'm just expecting a sort of verbal years worth of updates. What the next steps are, maybe reveal the name of a new event that we'll be grinding on in 2019 that will reforge the abysssea gear.
That and FFXI mobile.

What else could their really be aside from a whole new set of zones if they want to keep the same style of upgrade for emp+3
If they change it to just 2 items (like af and relic) then they can just do "villany" (new event name lul) What they -cannot- do is another dienamis like failure. a lot of people (should) be unhappy if they go with another *** lockout event. You can only irritate even the whitest knights so many times. so gotta pay for the fanfest right any 1 got translation where to press?
I think it starts when majority of us will be in bed, even for a Saturday night?
