I see a few must haves for BRD (More song duration!), a must have and a slight upgrade for WHM melee, Better enhancing head for WHM (leeway in capping boost while not /SCH), BLU skill hands with STR/DEX that don't cost a hundred million gil, at least 2 Requiescat upgrades (?), the new best nuking body for everyone who nukes (?)

Plenty of good ***in here y'all.
And the best part, it's all porterable!

The song duration is nice, though it kinda sucks to lose the AF3 set bonus for DEX and marches and whatnot. I wonder if mythic BRD can hit 10 min with that thing.

I think we will survive the loss of 2 dex for more duration+

Oh right, 4 dex.
Still.

Honestly I'm not sure what song duration under 10 min can really do other than compensate for human error. If you can reach 10 min with Troub it means permanent Marcato on one song, though.

BLU

Breakdown:

Morrigan head +1: Minor Requiescat upgrade.(+2STR +2MND) Effectively worthless for everything else; very niche use for magic accuracy on nukes, but that would mean you're using nukes on something that you shouldn't be nuking.

Morrigan's body +1: Fair upgrade for nukes and questionable upgrade for Requiescat. (+12STR +6ATK -3MND for req; potentially not an upgrade at all, but not in most likely scenarios)

Morrigan's hands +1: Upgrade over Mavi bazubands +2 for about one spell.

Morrigan's legs +1: Very minor upgrade for requiescat when attack is capped or close to it (-14atk -14acc -1STR +8MND).

Morrigan's feet +1: Small upgrade over basmak +2 for non-BA'd nukes. Also the best Gates of Hades boots ever. Useful.

Fea's Cuffs: The smallest of possible increases for STR/VIT spells, and a slightly larger yet still very small increase for STR/DEX spells (which no one uses). Basically inv-1 for +1 blue magic skill outside of that. Wouldn't bother, not worth inventory space.

Edit: amended, those feet arent good for requiescat at all. 9.8/10 times i could see thaumas/thaumas still winning.

Yeah, Head and Body were the Requiescat pieces I saw. BLU was of course in a worse starting position in the first place (as we all expected) by virtue of it being stuck on the mage sets. It's honestly amazing it found anything useful whatsoever.

Stuff about AR2:
First floor:
birds/leeches that each dropped gear. I accidentally closed parser, but it was all gear minus body and hands.
There are a lamias in the paths leading. hp/mp/ja/magic/hands

Didn't find any NMs.

2nd floor: Basically just skipped this floor. Went up in NW room. didn't see anything but stuff we already had stuff from.

3rd floor: quturbs that dropped int cells, random acrolith was chilling on the north path that dropped a skadi paper. 2 single gears one by north door, one by south. We killed both (although not at the same time), couldn't find anything that popped. Went up south.

4th floor: in what was the morri head/soulflayer room there are a bunch of quturbs. Killing them all spawned a drk NM quturb that used blood weapon, dropped skadi paper. The little room that used to have 3 gears in it had 2 acroliths. Killing both popped another acrolith that dropped another skadi paper. Last room had a bunch of lamias we ignored.

5th floor: Lots of single gears, we killed them all up to the room that used to have the chariot. In that room there were ramparts in the corners. We fought one and when it used reinforcements, about 7~ triple gears popped around us. They promtly aggrod and destroyed my whm mule who died in an unraisable spot and we proceeded to wipe.

Off to BR next. (also still looking for someone that has test server working to see if they can get the gear through porter slip to test morri body refresh values)

yeah, honestly body's the only thing I'd bother with at all. probably couple of these that are good for SB slightly too, I know the body is for sure, but I cba to look again. *** *** for removing the attack from morri body

shame blu didnt get skadi, would have made use of a couple of pieces. TA head would have been hot, STP/DEX one would have been pretty nice even.

So far I've been hearing some pretty high frequency of Linens off the final boss. Gears drop single Alexandrites pretty often, and cotton coinpurses are chance drops off NMs.

So far I'd say it's at least equal to normal salvage, except you're doing it with more people of course.

For the two jerbs I play the most:

Ninja:
Usukane Somen/Haramaki/Gote +1: Hybrid Evasion, though it's a pretty insane amount of effort to put in for a set that isn't used all that often and already has pretty good alternative that arn't nearly as annoying to get (Bendis's Hairpin, Ocelomeh+1, Athos's Tabard, Ocelot Gloves, Iga Tekko +2)

Usukane Sune-Ate +1: It's an upgrade over Iga Kyahan +2, though you're still going to be carrying around the Kyahan anyway since you Utsusemi in them. You also lose Tactical Parry+, which I know some people might scoff at, but given the type of situations you use NIN (And the existence of Issekigan) it's actually probably worth noting. Still beaten by Tenryu Sune-Ate +1.

Omodaka Gote: Side-grade to Koga Tekko +2 for accuracy. Beaten by Tenryu Tekko +1.

Thief:
Sigyn's Visor: The loss of 1% TA is likely made up by 14 attack.
Skadi's Bazuband +1: TP gloves of course.

It seems like there's a chance for Linen from the NQ boss, and (probably) 100% linen from the HQ boss (if you fight HQ boss you will have fought NQ from the floor below).

Random NMs pop pouches, and there seem to be ways to trigger large numbers of gears to spawn.

Also, we had a rampart that popped gears via reinforcements, lol.

Lol another event that could have been epic is ruined. This could be a sign of things to come for SoA or could mean all their man power is going into SoA. I think im more excited over the music box than salvage.

BR II:
First floor:
West path, killed all mobs, gob NM popped in the room that used to have the lots of wamouracampa in the north of the map. Dropped marduk paper. Dahak in the center room, watch out for nullsong.

second floor:
Killed trolls around the usu shoes flans's rooms, then went east, then south. Killed everything along the way. Last room had a troll that hundredfisted, dropped 2 marduk papers.

Third floor:
Tons of gears, killed all from start to east room. Upon clearing east room, rampart popped. reinforcements spawned about 8 triple gears. Killed them all and nothing happened.

fourth floor:
Gears, they don't warp away like BR 1. Killed all to room that used to have chariot, which is still there but alone. 1-2 rooms later was an acrolith that dropped a cotton purse. Room after also had an acrolith that dropped one. Wehn 2nd died, a 3rd popped in the room and dropped an usu paper. 3 triple gears popped in last room, but we didn't kill them due to time.

Fifth floor:
Cerb boss, easy fight. 45 skadi shoes and a linin.

2/2 for linen on the final cerb boss in BR. Usukane and Marduk slips were the only things dropping. Over two runs, with max TH, we ended up seeing 8 marduk and 7 usukane slips.

Usukane Somen +1 DEF:41 STR+9 AGI+9 Accuracy+10 Evasion+10 "Double Attack"+4% Haste+5% Set: Enhances Haste effect

Gonna be a Nasty TP head for mnk but depending on other gear and stuff neo nyzul head still may be best choice with the crit rate
