It's roughly 15 completions per tier to unlock the next one. I unlocked most of the Sandy ops over the last week.

Northlands specific ops (Vanguard-X IV, Steel Resolve IV, Aegis Scream V, etc) open up automatically when your nation owns the zones required for them.

mmm.. 30 cut and cauterize. sounds like fun!! follow it up w/ fishing some bibiki urchins... and whoa were having a blast!!

Is this page accurate and up to date?

I was remembering something of the sorts for the first time you do it, but I also was remembering the process being much faster (akin to the regular 6 avatars where you receive the doll) for successive runs. I also didn't remember the limitation of one fight per day.

The Stygian Pact page is correct.

Unwavering Resolve is a bit off. You do not need to defeat Odin Prime 12 times in order to proceed to Stygian Pact. You just need to clear the Unwavering Resolve quest once.

The 12 times thing gives you a different title, which matters only if you want the extra title.

If you're just looking to proceed to Stygian Pact just need to have cleared the Unwavering Resolve quest.

I'd done it a couple years ago for mythic completion.

Follow the walkthrough in all the quests, ignore the notes under Unwavering Resolve.

I don't know if Odin Prime can only be done once a day, only did it the once.

Both Ops I tried (Stock and Awe and the other one where you have to find suspicious objects in town) took me 20 completition each to unlock the next tier.
Maybe just a coincidence I guess.
Still, I wonder where the *** did I stick "5 to unlock next tier" in my memory lmao, it's nowhere near 5, it's 15+
