Assistant Manager: No not really, just training the new guy for when [name] goes on mat leave
Me: Oh really [name] is pregnent?
Assistant Manager: *gives me funny look* uhhhh like 7 months dude
To be fair my assistant manager and one other guy are the only people I see more then once a month... The person that is pregnant I saw last on easter for about 10seconds and before that was before christmas XD
I just wish more people thought like this and the perceived gender roles die down a *** lot, I dont enjoy being the one to have to initiate 95% of my relationships and knowing that some girls are just "waiting" for the man to take the first step

I think this was discussed in the "guys and girls" thread that died out, but yes this...very much this.. I would love it if a gal would actually approach me instead. Would be a nice change of pace, and honestly, I get really shy sometimes around gals I'm interested in, so it would be a good way to break the ice lol.
There's a girl I have a crush on, but she's a waitress and I don't know how to approach her, I'd just bother her while she is working <_< plus I'm shy, sociophobic, etc..but there's no need to mention that since 90% of us are like that.

You a regular where she works? If so could just invite her to hang out sometime and work from there. Going to them during their shift is deffinetly a bad idea because working tables is a bit more work then most think (so many little things you need to keep track of) but just a quick exchange probably wouldn't bother them unless they are a *** XD
