If anything I found that PUP's greatest power lies within its utility. How many jobs do you know can jump between melee, ranged, slashing, piercing, healing or nuking in a single job?

Was simply stating reasons as to why you shouldn't compare it to BLM.
Just because you shouldn't compare them doesn't mean it's beyond impossible to compare two different jobs. You could compare BLM to WAR if you really wanted to, doens't mean you should. comparing Stormwaker or Spiritreaver to an actual BLM is like comparing a Prius to a Ford F-150...
Sure, they both get you from point A to point B, the Prius has its advantages and the 150 has its advantages, but in the end, one is a hybrid while the other is sheer muscle... if that makes any sense. Ambiguous post is ambiguous. I was leveling BLM for awhile but not for a sub. I'm more of a melee PUP, works better for me.
Spiritreaver pretty much blows until 75+ and you max out optimization/get pet MaB+ gear/merit magic skill anyways. In a standard party setting you should be using Sharpshot anyways.
