Maths have be done for H2H, look in MNK forum, you will see that most lev 80 weapons H2H (trials) pwn a lev 75 relic H2H. The difference between relics is not so big in term of damages... Source or -> I have no problems with PUPs, they can do good damage, but vs. mobs that don't give any offensive bonuses to each side, and vs players of equal gear/skill then no, it would be pretty incredible to claim you can match, let alone beat x job that specializes in damage. PUP can do damage. PUP can easily beat mediocre DDs. PUP is quite versatile for many scenarios. But it won't beat a solid DD on equal terms.

A well geared war can out-damage a sam if you didnt know before the level cap increase. |
