I don't think she's bad at all. I think she can sing. I don't care who writes the lyrics as long as the music is something that I want to listen to. As far as the videos go, she's weird. That's not uncommon these days, most people are off their *** rockers. I can still just enjoy the music as it was intended.

I think her clothes are pretty insane. I wouldn't say all her music is great and wonderful. I think all the collaborations with Beyonce are pretty dumb, but most of her singles I enjoy a lot.

The music that she makes money from lacks in depth because ***music is what sells in this market. Why people still can't seem to grasp this fact is beyond me. What she ends up selling to record companies for the world's Top 40 radio stations is hardly an indicator of talent.

I'm not a fan of most of her stuff myself, but I at least acknowledge the fact that she's a musician, and a damn good one once you get past all of the over-packaged *** that record companies shove down everyone's throats.

Stop listening to mainstream pop/R&B music. There is still incredible quality in the music industry.

Also lady gaga isn't talented because her videos are "different" than others(She basically copied the whole telephone video, it screams quentin tarantino).

I admit, she has a good voice for singing live and she can make her way with the piano, and that's where her talent lies. But dressing like a clown, making incoherent videos and using auto-tune with your voice has nothing to do with talent, in my opinion.

As much as I love gaga, she's probly one of the most commercial artists in the history of music. Her videos have more product placement than Jodsie and the pussycats, she grew up rich hanging out with Paris Hilton, she was a contestant on boiling points on MTV..... But!!!!! Her music is amazing and I still say if you listen to it during salvage it raises drop rates by 50%! (seriously it can't be the dumbest salvage theory out there!!!)

I don't care for Lady Gaga but can't deny the talent she has. She has a nice voice and like Beekshamen said, she can work the piano pretty good. If she would back away from the cookie cutter crap I might like her.

That one rock remix of one of her songs I liked it. But more or less her music is just club music with lyrics pasted over it. Removed the lyrics and you'd still have people dancing to it.

But hey, teenagers make up the money market for the music bizz, young teens with too much cash that will shallow anything you push down their throats.

Just like Pink when she first came out, she was a cookie cutter singer, and then came her second CD. I fell in love with her stuff.

And yes this is coming from someone with a FF name but most music lacks originality. Most rappers today are trying to copy TuPac, Biggie Smalls, Dr.Dre and Snoop Dog. Well most pop stars are trying to copy Madonna and Michal Jackson.

"Normal" is a term derived from the word "norm" in statistics.

When analyzing a group of people on their behaviors, preferences, etc. Among other things, norms can be quantified, calculated, used in social studies, marketing studies and into demonstrating scientific facts. It means a majority, basically. For any given subject, the off-norm people are the minority. I'm pretty sure you know that already.

The fact we were taught to view the word "normal" as something positive shows a lot about our culture and education. Let's try to grow up from this imposed mentality and think about how dumb we are the next time we call something we dislike "abnormal," actually thinking it's an insult.
