I went 0/27 on NM without it dropping a needed item using TH9+.
Went once without any TH applied and it drops.

Need a WS gear set, build a great one, attack mob, hits for less than it did.

Raise a craft to level 115, go to synth a level 12 item, break 2 in a row.

actually it was D3 very commonly before retrace was a thing...
