So I haven't played Dark Souls in two months and now that I started I realized why.

Biggie Smalls, Charizard and Pikachu, Fat n Slim, Bonnie n Clyde.

Ornstein and muthafuckin' Smouuuuuuuuugh. Second playthrough and they're all of my rage as I feel like I need to toss my PC out a tenth floor window.

Magic eats them alive. If you're a physical type, invest in getting an ascended flame, and great combustion. Beat one by mauling it with fire, then go 1:1 with the more manageable one. It'll level the playing field some.

109, I play pure melee style, power within etc. My closest attempt was having one shot left on Ornsteins second form. Since then, I haven't been able to replicate what I did since they do whatever the hell they want.

Pure melee, and a defensive posture are weak toward multiple targets. I'd suggest finding a means of blitzing one into the dirt within one-to-two short clashes, or you'll just have to hope that the game leaves an opening for you to take advantage of without getting hammered.

Gold Pine Resin and surviving the first ~30 seconds of that fight is all the advice that I can give. You have to take out the dogs ASAP. After that the Capra Demon himself is pretty easy, just run him up the steps, drop, repeat, hitting him when you can.

If you can survive the first 30 seconds you pretty much already beat it. It's that initial entrance that is the entire battle in my opinion.

Red Eye Orb also doesn't have a level limiter, so a Lv14 can invade a Lv700.

While Ornstein is alive, Smough's AI tends to be quite timid. He will often jump away (in my, and many other's experience) if you get near him leaving Ornstein alone. He also usually follows up with the hammer charge after the jump, so you have a small window to land hits on Orns, but it should be enough if you are quick. The only downside is Smough's hammer charge has some serious tracking.

Edit: O&S are pretty bad, but The Four Kings take the cake on NG+. They are the angriest things ever.

Edit2: Didn't read the rest of your posts, haha. Welp.. sorry for that. Still these tips are useful for anyone who didn't know. Hope it helps you, and someone else ^^ sorry for the mix-up haha.

We take humanity from those that are wasting it or using it poorly and we store it, holding on to it for the end of the world and to make sure humanity always remains. It's like a tough love covenent, we kill you all because we care so much about the preservation of humanity.

And then you get a visit from me...

I was in human mode the entire time I walked through anor londo for an hour earlier. not a single invasion from the dark moon cowards : p
That's because most have moved on to the DLC areas for pvp =P I've tried to invade for roughly 30 minutes, using both blue eye orb and the covenant ring and got nothing.

Speaking of which... did you darken Anor Londo or no?

We can't invade you with the covenant ring unless you darken the place. Blue eye orb still works, but most kinda moved on to unofficial pvp spots for spam invading (Kiln, DLC area's, etc.)

Nope. darken onry. Have to go shoot boobs mcgee with an arrow before we get pissed lol

Just started playing tonight, only in the first zone after the tutorial thing at that graveyard with all the skeletons... was fighting them for like an hour using a sword, getting souls and practicing parrying. ... then I found the mace and accidentally the entire graveyard. I don't think I was supposed to be here yet
