Does quick draw lowers magic evasion of the same element?(not enhance debuff nor dmg boost from the AF3 feet) I've been trying to look for info about it on bg-wiki but I can't find any page says anything about it and I don't recall any test says it lowers magic evasion.
If 2 people have different tier "Rare enemy+" vorseals, how would the one with the higher tier take priority? Claim? Killshot? Simply being on the hate list?

Believe it's killshot(when I had very little silt, I only purchased it on my BLMs and was primarily AOEing targets with the other members not having it). Pretty hard to say conclusively with such a small chance of occurance, though.. doubt anyone has a sample size large enough to prove it.
my best understanding of escha caturae gathered info from bgwiki forum:
-to defeat escah caturae the normal way without relying on corsair or bst strategy you need: blun/pierce/slash/ranged/magic dmg types for normal way.
1.) DOES ranged weaponskills count as piercing & ranged
2.) Does a dagger weaponskill such as gust slash count as piercing & magic at the same time?
Wasn't a very large sample size, but just got a little discouraged after not getting a single Hexed -1 on 28 synths, so thought I'd ask.
Ouch yeah, you won't be getting T1 level of hq rate on nq synths at least. Maybe for hq synths you might break T1 due to lower requirements. It took probably around 40 synths for me to make Byrth his Voodoo cap. ***is rediculous.
Yeah, I know I'm working with T0 on my Hexed Somen > Vexed Somen synths, but am pretty sure hitting T1 on the base Hexed Somen should be possible. Was just wondering if the LC or CC sub was 60 and if I should be working on getting a torque for one of those. BG states the Smithing sub on the Tekko are 60 so I don't think it's out of the realm of possibility for the Somen to have a 60 sub as well.
During the time when my smithing wasn't capped, I was doing synths for byrth and was getting skillups. We assumed they're at least 60-65.
Had a friend try making a few caps at 60 smithing and had all breaks and no skill ups. Was about 5 shots at it before he gave up on them. I'd believe it's probably a in the 65-70 range myself. He's since finished his smithing so I can't offer much more information there.
edit: misread, thought you were talking about synthing Bewitched Caps from cursed NQ.
What's the base TP from doomsday + adlivun bullets? (Or 920 delay in general, or the formula for base TP over 530 would be fine.. bg-wiki doesn't have anything for the >530 section since adjustment)

I had a similar question a while ago and was linked to this post. Has the formulas for all delays.
Moonshade + Brutal for Multi-hit WS and Ishvara + Moonshade for Single Hit WS
This pretty much covers it, for the most part. WS Damage+% only affects the first hit of a WS, so it's better for the WSs that are a strong single hit like say, Rudra's Storm or Savage Blade.
Multihit WSs mostly have the same amount of damage across all hits, so getting more hits in from double attack is great, hence Brutal. For WSs that don't carry the damage across all hits, getting a DA in there amounts to like, the same damage you do on a normal melee swing.

So Rudra's Storm is 1 hit ?
also Blade: HI Correct ?
I know Jishnu's Radiance is 3 hits , Chant du Cygne is 3 hit , Expiacion is 2 hit , Last Stand is 2 hit , Victory Smite = multi hit i guessing, Fudo is 1 hit Correct, Ascetic Fury is 1 hit ?
and what about Kamu it is 1 hit too right ?
Just want to be 100% Sure and get all done with in 1 Fell Swoop :D
Eminent Voulge has much better accuracy, whereas Ixtab will TP faster assuming you don't have accuracy issues. Ixtab will also put out better WSs. I'd go with STP+5 on that augment, unless you wanted to put accuracy on it.

Correct
Using Ixtab for Fodder mobs is the best
Eminent or any other 119 for REAL DEAL (Mega Boss) , UCNM , Vagary , ETC.......
Do you have to augment your relic +2 before reforging it if you want to have the augment on the reforged armour or can i augment it in reforged +1 states ?
Does the current augmentation process get erased in the reforging process ?
When checking "Monisette" you find 3 options, the upgrades for AF Artifact/Relic Artifact/Empy Artifact. But on my mule, I only have the AF and Empy artifact options, do I need to do something to get the relic artifact option? If so, anyone know what it is?
Monisette does not accept trading her relic artifacts for upgrades on my mule.
