I dont know anyone who thinks they are the best thing ever lol I dont think I am the worse person but I think Im just a little hard to get along with :I
You're not all that hard to get along with... that's as long as you want to get along with the person lol...
I don't get why everyone doesn't just tell everyone they're in love with them on the first date!
I don't understand how the word "love" has such a strong connotation. That's always been baffling to me. I love my family and my friends. I use the word "love" pretty often. I get annoyed with people who derive some deeper meaning that isn't there. Misinturpretation that comes from optimism on my side has got me in trouble more than I've ever wanted or needed.
I love to travel.
I love this conversation.
I love smoked salmon.
how? we havent talked outside of posts >__> you dont know me at all lol
You are right I don't but knowing my lil sister how she acts, your posts remind me of you. That is actually a more correct statement, "your posts remind me of her" /shrug

It makes people feel special... with family it's thought to just automatically be there becaus eyou shate the connection... with inanimate objects or things well they're just that... The word love, when told to another person, is shared to express some kind of deeper feeling than you have for anyone else... to make the person your with feel special and such... and if reciprocated... well... ya know...

well thats a given, im talking about people I want to keep a friendship with and it doesnt work lol
Eh, I'm used to it at this point. Only girl I actually liked that either wasn't a lesbian or already in a relationship was my best friend's sister, and back then (I was 16/17) I was so dumb, I was like really dumb, so never asked her out.
Such is life in Leonland! :O
It's funny that the people here that say they're hard to get a long with and such are actually fairly popular or at least well liked among this community at least...

Ask everyone out! Even people you don't think you like at first! You never really know until you get into that relationship!

Skull, most commonly in italian you would say "ti voglio bene", while if you say "ti amo" it's a much bigger deal that you would only say to your valentine..or little girls say it to their dads. But in general amore in italian can have a wide mening like love in english, however expressing it in the form of I love you(ti amo)has a strong connotation of relationship.
Japanese is even worse, if you say aishiteru the girl might get a heartattack from it.

This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
