Why is it that my best art occurs while I'm half delirious while sick, drugged up on meds or loopy from lack of sleep?
Enforces my theory that good artists are completely nuts. I mean, Salvador Dali was batshit insane and his work is AMAZING. My art process: I have a semi-noob question that doesn't really deserve its own thread..
I remember hearing that HQ cursed items tend to get better augments than NQ ones? Is this true? I want haste+4 mufflers just wondering if this is still possible with NQ. thx HQ does get better augments.

Until recently, I believed that only the HQs could get better augments, but then I saw a screenshot posted of someone with perfect augments on (I think) Shura Haidate, NQ. Guessing HQ gear just gets a much better chance to get the good augments.
Huh, can't find it anymore. Ah well.
I'm sure it wasn't best augments either. I don't really know anything about those augments but a comment said it was the best you could get. For example, NQ heca hands can only get 1~3% crit hit dmg, while the HQ heca hands can get 1~4%. So basically, the HQ items just have a higher cap (+1 extra) on whatever the augment is. I didn't enjoy Murk-veined Baneberry last night.
Not about the difficulty, but it was evasive as hell and I had to do gun proc! That thing gave me hell!
Yeah, I woke up this morning to discover that at 12:10 last night a virus went off. Stupid viruses with timers.
At least it's easy to take care of. Took me longer to figure out how to boot my computer into safemode than to actually find and remove enough stuff to get it bootable in normal mode. Krizz, are you downloading the pr0ns again?
I know the source of this virus. No, I don't browse porn on the desktop. It's for gaming and limited web browsing. Any porn viewed on it is from my pre-existing stash that I've known is safe for years.
Is it bad that I saw a license plate that said "IM 8" and thought "Too old"?

It annoys me that this virus infected FireFox as well. At the same time, I find it funny that it didn't touch IE.
