Beach was hella windy today, undertow was too strong to really enjoy the waves so I left early. All that talk abou6 beef but fish is definitely on the menu tonight.

No but it doesn't taste like beef. For that mater it doesn't taste like turkey either. I can make tofu taste more like meat than ground turkey ever will.
Everything tastes the same when its covered in garlic onion salt sugar and ketchup. (among other things)

What is wrong with you people The problem with turkey bacon is you can't crispify it. Also unacceptable.
You can make anything crispy by cooking it longer (dehydrating it)
pig bacon only, fried on griddle or skillet. None of that baked in the oven ***.

David Cronenberg, Vigo Mortensen starring. Just.. mental, absolutely insane. Sci-fi touching on ethics, art, human evolution. At least the restaurants in South Padre are still really good. Blackbeards has been in business for my entire life and its obvious why. I asked if they cooked caught fish and they said only up to 1 pound per person, which is ridiculous. I have a kitchenette here but I'm not great at cooking wahoo. I guess I will just have to see what I can bring back tomorrow.
