On randomness: I like to think we have a choice even if everything is predetermined. I rather think I have free will than accept I don't !

I enjoy the kinds of dreams that defy all form of reality we have experienced. Like a place that defies all physics and the 3 dimensional perspective cannot describe these places. I have seen these places in dreams.... I would like to have more of those dreams.

I also dreamed in cartoon a few times... That was an odd experience I would like to have again.

If you believe Freud dreams are mechanisms that our subconscious tries to make sense of the world.

Basically abstract ways of dealing with problems in real life that you aren't "aware" of.

I think dream interpretation can be very tricky, yet some things are very common to the point where you can relatively safely assume a few things at least are accurate.

I tend to have very bizarre dreams. Never abstract -- that would be awesome -- and very, very rarely sexy/etc.

Mostly I end up in almost real situations -- sometimes I realize I'm dreaming, sometimes I don't -- but there's always some physics-defying aspect of the world I'm in that makes what I'm trying to do impossible.

A common example: I'm a drummer. So I'll have a dream where I'm drumming, but my bass drum keeps slipping farther and farther away from me, or my cymbals are comically far away and I can't reach them.

I heard MLK jr had a dream... !

Yeah. Not really.

There may be a sexual reference, or the implication, but nothing ever happens. Like, there could be someone I think is good looking in the dream, and there may be some sort of implied relationship/attempt at it* (see below), but I honestly can't recall a time in the past...decade? Five years, at least? That I had a dream with actual sexual interactions therein.

*The closest things really get for me is I'll have a dream with someone I think attractive is coming on to me and I've got to shoot them down because hey, I'm already married. But even then it's more like "relationship attempt" than "attempt at random sex."

what you're looking at is a brand new $35,000 car. my brand new $35,000 car. that i havent even finished paying for yet. it is missing a door handle, the gas tank is 100% nonfunctional, and there is severe damage across the door, at least one back panel, and the bumper.

while i was asleep with my car in the driveway, my mother thought it would be a fantastic idea to ram her trail blazer in to the rear end of my car and cause F O U R MOTHERFUCKING F E E T OF DAMAGE. FOUR FEET. THE ENTIRE HANDLE IS MOTHER *** RIPPED THE *** OUT DO YOU SEE THAT ***DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW MUCH FORCE IT TAKES TO RIP A HANDLE OUT OF A CAR DOOR LIKE THAT THE *** WHEEL RUBBED PAINT OFF ONTO MY TIRE.

When I first got my first car, my dad ran it into our tractor. Only bent up the plastic front license plate bracket but it still pissed me off.

Then, last year he backed my truck into a guard rail. Again, I got pissed.

How much is that gonna cost?

my sister did that to my car... fricken folded the front door almost in half....

you would think the sound of metal buckling would deter them from proceeding further...but no. unless the car stops altogether they just keep going and hope for the best.
