I like "chips with cheese" here and there for like a snack but I prefer it with taco meat. Basically to differentiate it between other tomato based sauces and their respective spices. edit: also no, here it's a dish, not just a side item. (May be a difference between the way we understand "dish" and I'll concede to that if so. There is such a thing here as grape jelly meatballs consisting of meatballs, BBQ sauce, and grape jelly.
