Just posted this on my D&D group page as 4/5 people there are people I worked with.

We regret to inform you that your services will no longer be needed. There were several occasions while you were under performance review that we felt your healer service was not up to our expectations.
On one occasion you were asked to use your divine ability, and instead used Healing Word. This was not what the Healee asked for, and even though they were healed and no one died, we can not accept this type of behavior.
Another situation came up where even though you rolled a 3 for initiative, the members of your party asked you to heal on each of their turns. When the heals did not take place immediately they asked "Hello, are you there?" several times, despite it not being your turn. You should have used your bonus as a reaction to respond, surely if you were happy as a healer this would not be an issue.
We feel you would be happier somewhere that you can heal something besides humanoid player characters, maybe rocks or trees? If you need a reference let us know, we would be more than happy to help with that, but we don't want to be bothered with remedial training or doing anything that would help you actually keep your position here.

Sitcoms don't enthusiasm me in general, but there's a psychological study behind them which makes them very interesting.
The recorded tracks in the background actually have a purpose too. It's a genre in which plots are enomously inferior to an actual series but that are much deeper to study. The most HELP I AM TRAPPED IN 2006 PLEASE SEND A TIME MACHINE idea to increase players' DPS I've ever heard Quote: So, my friend just messaged me complaining about how she had to carry the DPS in A1 normal and got upset, which is what inspired this (these) idea(s). SE would implement a dummy in-game in an instance private zone only available to the player. It would parse the player if they're DPS and if they meet the threshold required, they would get a discount on their subscription, like a dollar or something. Anyone who fails to meet it doesn't incur a consequence. Their subscription will remain normal. Now, the other idea I have is the same thing, except if they fail to meet the threshold required, they would get an additional 33% extra charge to their subscription fee. It'll be a learning tax. If they fail to meet it again during their second cycle, they'll get tacked again with an additional 33% tax off the base subrate. So basically, if they fail the first time, $20 monthly. If they fail again, $25 monthly and so on. This is assuming they pay $15 for their sub. fee. I'll think of something for tanks and healers later. What do you think?
