Welp, this MIGHT be a problem.

First Chamber of the Abyss is open in Japan, and the last boss of it is absolute *** on a level that has never before been seen.

Difficulty ???, 1 stamina to fight. The only other boss that had those numbers (or lack of number in the case of difficulty) was FFV's Omega.

The boss is FF6's Ultima Buster, classified as [Abyss]. He is completely IMMUNE to stat drops from any source (breaks/breakdowns/soul breaks/etc.), whereas the worst previous bosses had was resistance to those. He counters physical attacks (and AOE attacks in phase 2) with single target 100% instant death, so don't use those.

There are 3 phases to the fight; phase 1 isn't that rough as long as you beat him out of it before he chooses to cast Meteor, but phase 2 introduces a gimmick in that he summons a mana sphere that you can target instead of Ultima Buster; the sphere will damage itself further and slightly damage Ultima Buster if you hit it with holy/dark/non-elemental damage, heal the party if you hit it with ice or water magic, or severely damage Ultima Buster if you hit it with fire or thunder magic. Master conditions are to hit the sphere with a non-elemental magic attack, hit it with water damage, and hit it with fire damage. At the end of phase 2, he'll use an "Abyss" version of Ultima that ignores resistance completely and does damage from "significant" to "you die" depending on how much you hit the sphere for.

To make matters even worse, his magic in phase becomes "Abyssal" and completely ignores all buffs. Period. This includes Shell, Sentinel's Grimoire/Stoneskin, Runic Blade/Grand Cross, Khimari's Mighty Guard, Galuf's "become temporarily invincible to damage", etc. His Abyssal Southern Cross goes even further and completely ignores the Resistance stat as well.

So basically you have to deal with a boss who is immune to stat drops, who eventually pulls out attacks that ignore your buffs and/or defenses completely.

In general because I was not providing "excellent" customer service. I was simply getting on the phone, fixing problems and moving on.

I asked for examples which they said they had, but again it was super nitpicky stuff.

Ex. A rep called in and asked that I add some forms to a customers account. I asked if I could email them, the rep said they wanted me to connect directly and FTP them. I asked a second time if I could email since we were backed up at the time and had 14 calls in queue. Rep said they would prefer I connect, so I did and got that handled. Customer Support manager said that was out of line and extremely poor customer service.

He needs to suck a ***.

Alternatively, if a customer asks you to do something and it's part of the job duties, you should probably just do it. An individual customer shouldn't have to care how backed up you are.

I wouldn't have fired someone for that, but it's not good customer service, no.

Ultimately I was not happy there though, I just refused to quit my first non-military job. It is a good thing because now I will actually go look for a better job I will be happier at.

Repeating it is pressing the other person for it, even if done politely. So that's what the comment is probably about.

Mk-II is, well, a Gundam. Late type Hyper Bazooka is probably a regular 10k, but Scattering Hyper Bazooka... What could that be?

Semi-Striker is your regular beam spear-wielding EFSF assault. We're going Zeta though, so we just need another Striker.

Marasai has the Feyadeen Rifle for both melee and ranged attacks, it would be nice if that's something like the Frame Launcher. It also gets the Sea Serpent, which I think works like GP03's wire-guided explosives, only stuns instead.

Xamel has a charge howitzer which has increased range on full charge. No mention of 20k shots like Mudrock has.

New color palettes for a bunch of units, too many for this post.
Gyan Eos is one of them, and its Beam Gun and Beam Bayonet change colors along with the body color.

New pilot background options: red leaves and library.
