I'd say say "Sorry, you're not my type." but guys don't tend to get subtlety. Ina's suggestion at the least is much more direct. Well she is looking for creative ways and "Not my type" isn't all that creative.
Google the biggest *** you can find,send him the picture and say "if you can measure up,we can talk" Too much potential for back fireing I think.
I'm sure there are 18+ inchers out there that are wider than the rock's arm,that no man can measure up to

You may have no idea who he is but since it is a forum there is a good chance he might think you know who he is and think he has a chance...
