Yeah i'm starting to think that... it's WEIRD... is your computer on?
is your videocard plugged in properly?
is the video cable plugged in properly, on the monitor, and as well, the videocard?
are you using the right drivers?
is your computer plugged in?
have you tried rebooting your pc ?
Yes, double checked the seating AND to make sure the power was plugged in right (i'm gonna check again lol... but I can't see if it's not powered right it even working...)
Yes, tried 3 different cords as well.

Yes... it's making a weird noise right now, the blue lights are a glowin.

mechanical sounds?
maybe one of the fans in your computer is going bad (worn out bearings, too dirty, not enough power, etc)
or a harddrive going bad

is you computer/monitor plugged directly on to a wall?
power strip? a backup battery, or anything else? you might also have power fluctuations, making the monitor thing look weird..

Hard drives are fine as far as I know, they aren't making any BAD sounds, just normal use...

Surge protector, I 'rebooted' it (just turned it off and on lol... I had a power outage the other day but I made sure my PC was off and unplugged before hand.
