I am going to try a hot yoga class for the first time tonight...

Made rice pudding for the first time without a recipe. Just tried to remember a cooking show I saw a few weeks ago do it. It's in the fridge now to set, but I tried it before I took it off the heat, and it came out pretty good :D.

After letting it sit in the fridge, I got a small bowl of the rice. Lil tough... idk if it just needed more milk + cooktime or what, but for a first attempt the taste is good. The consistency just isn't quite there.. I give it a solid C+ on flavor alone though.

Meh, I wound up tossing the whole batch of rice pudding. I wasn't happy with the texture. I haven't completely failed a culinary experiment like that in a very very very long time. I feel ashamed.
