Here are a couple of my sets for BRD.

Buff. Pretty much complete except for Marduk's tiara and Marching belt which will bring me up to the highest tier possible atm. You should check the tiers and see which one you fall into, so that you don't waste money on extra skill that you wont benefit from.

Debuff. Pretty much just missing Shadow coat and clogs. Rarely get resisted on endgame mobs unless NM is highly resistant or immune.
