Another BRD gear advice!

It went like this:
Silneced, ok use echo drops. I'm stunned! Ouch! He hits hard! Ouch and again, oh no! Over and over! Aggghhhh ... dead.
it didnt hit me that often when I solo it on my THF. My eva skill was at 301 i think, and another ~25 eva added on that. dont remember my exact gear though.

We duo'd it as BRD74/WHM37 NIN75/DNC37 a moment a go.
I came along to SV march and silena, but wasn't needed at all.
easy solo by NIN75/DNC37 I reckons.

On the Debuff set listed before, you still use Opo Opo even though you have a Demon Helm? I Debuff in my Demon Helm, based on the math I've seen +5 skill > +7 CHR.
Skill being roughly M.acc+4.5, CHR being M.acc+3.5. So I'd suggest dropping the Opo Opo and debuffing in your Demon Helm, which also allows for the use of CHR food to even further the benefit.
Also the Light/Earth Grips are better than Bugard's, at least grab an Earth for Elegy, as they are cheap. (Ele Grip = M.acc+2, Bugard's = M.acc+.5)

fun beause first time I go to camp the NM and UP, I try alone with /nin eva set, but triple attack, stun me, silenced and when I use echo drops kill me, after back with /dnc and my friend Mnk/dnc bored want help me (monk/dnc) with my friend very easy, and Drop with TH2 xD (forget change dagger) Good luck :3

Easy solo as Nin/Dnc until he hits you once and stun procs - once that happens, the fight is pretty much over. I tried him 3 times solo - first time I got him to 25% before I got hit and then killed. 2nd time it was at 20%. 3rd time I asked someone passing to give me haste before I pulled - they did, and I killed it NP. He only uses Silence move, not the paralyze one - so /Dnc is easy to use. No competition on my server when I went. I got lucky and got 1/1 on it. Also picked up Marching Belt 1/1 the same day. Only wind +skill item left for me is Oracle Pigaches now and i'm done with my list.

soloing ix'drg takes hours on hours to pop. the fight takes a long time solo. finally, the drop rate is garbage. the echo cape is a lot easier to get overall i'd venture.

for lullaby, i highly recommend sha'ir gages. minimal loss in macc for 2 seconds off recast. any other haste you can get is useful as well provided it doesn't cause your resist rate to falter too much. sha'ir gages are almost 100% a safe bet, and they do the most recast reduction from a single gear slot though.
just curious, for macc, why would helenus/cassandra > loq/musical? it's barely more macc. if you want maximum macc, use musical/singing. or musical/melody+1 even.

someone said in some other thread that it only works that way for melee combat skills; supposedly magic skills are a 1 to 1 ratio. but idk

After reading this post of the Echo Cape I had to go take a peek, needless to say this IS posted on the wiki now too:
EXTREMILY easy solo Nin/Dnc, fought with 299 Evasion Skill and +74 Evasion. Popped lv70 soothing healer npc and used a Squid Sushi. I came very overprepared after reading all these posts. Got hit 1 time exactly. Npc was not needed in anyway but kept silence from being annoying at best. 1/1 Echo Cape drop which made it even more sexy. Moldtech - Unicorn
3 more levels and I can use it. ^^ Gonna go take a peek at Minstrel's Coat NM now. o.o
Edit: Walking back navigating the jungle was more difficult -.-

I had no jobs that could solo the horrible Couerl (or no sets based around it on my mnk) So it was slightly harder for me.
I ended up just buffing a nin friend with SV'd marches to get it done faster, slapped an eight min elegy on the Couerl and then just spammed silena seeing as I had Double ballad on at double potency.
Was a piece of piss tbh.

Novv was more of a pest, the damn regen was godly and then Benediction on top on it. -.-
Took a bit to kill him, sadly 0/1 ah well, 1/1 Vali's, 1/1 Echo Cape, 1/2 Cradle Horn, can't get lucky all the time :/

Working on bard atm, no for main and I don't want spend much money or hard equip but I want a decent and acceptable bard
here my 2 setups I got atm (songs)(haste)
I know terra and apollo is must have, no need say about it, and about feet idk what use in 75 ._.
I think this is the most I can get decent without Dynamis:
About instruments which is must have?
I have Cornette+1 Traversiere +1 Horn+1 I.R horn
but certainly something I'm bad, suggestions, reprimands and comments are accepted
