Ok, I'm curious about Lust Dagger. Currently, I use Hornetneedle/Calveley's, and will be swapping to Corsair's/Hornetneedle at 50. But I'm wondering if I should skil Corsair's and go Lust/Hornetneedle because without food I have +26 DEX and only +14 AGI.
Any advice from veteran THFs?

might be worth a shot, would add 6 (7 agi - 1 dex) to your base damage on a SATA. You would get better non-ws damage with the corsair's, but non ws damage is only for building tp as a thf for the most part. Now as far a a SATA WS, you would have to try em out based on mobs def. Cors wins hands down for non-TA WS tho..

think i would go cor then, overall i think you would average more damage.. you should be able to WS once and get back to around 100tp before SA and TA recast is able.. so basically no AGI modifier on 50% of your WSs. FYI: VB has a tp mod of 1.0 across the board, so use it at 100%, don't store tp
That was such a great anime but I was disappointed with the end.
I say go with Corsair's. Peronally I don't like it. Agi will only add 7 to base dmg on TA. Which wouldn't be too bad if it wasn't for the fact it was only applied to the first hit on a ws and after ftp. While the lose of str and dex will lower the dmg on all hits of the ws. And the str will lower your dmg by a bit on your dps. Once you get DE even your TA ws will be about the same as if you had offhanded a bone knife instead. But with much lower DOT and lower SA etc...
Go with cors/horn, unless you have a serious AGI build you wont notice that much difference in your TA.

yea but only if your tp is at 100% any higher and it isnt in effect

Then if it doesn't, then at 101%+ Blau doesn't do anything, which would make Blau completely useless unless you could WS at 100% exactly.

Kojo, the latent and hidden effects of Blau Dolch are active on WS's. It's the same as Onimaru, Maneater, and the other Latent weapons of that type.

Yeah, someone said Azoth/Sirocco was better, I wanted more opinions. So the latent does activate on any WS regardless of TP? Yes, it is always active on WS's. Whether it be 100% or 300%, and Blau/Sirocco will always outperform Azoth/Sirocco, the much lower delay and added effects create a huge gap in DPS.

The DPS difference grows even larger if you're going for a haste build. (which you should)
