Hmmm 10,000 needles would really hurt, be like rolling over during acupuncture o_O I've actually been covered in very small cactus spines before (due to an accident) so I can attest to the pain ;_;
I also think Bad Breath would be extremely painful.

Edit: Forgot to mention Chomp Rush, that looks painful let alone how much it would hurt :O
