Augment Tables for Limbus Gear (r1 to 30)
By Nariont 2025-09-16 08:33:18
Images im pretty sure are just altered pics with the full augs on them which were pulled from the datamine, not sure if the RP was also pulled or not
By Lili 2025-09-16 08:40:58
To be clear though, this is a Japanese position. Still good of course because any help the developers can get is valued.
It has been clear for a while that SE considers FFXI as a Japanese game that has a bit of an international audience.
Maybe I missed it, but what's the source for this values and images with capped augments?
Memory editing or packet editing. You can trick the client to display any item with any augment/rank, then screenshot it, or save the values to a text file in a loop like Rubenator did for the data contained in my opening post.

I haven't seen this information posted anywhere, so figured I would. Here is a breakdown of how many units you need per rank. It's a dumb amount.
0 > 1: 750
1 > 2: 1600
2 > 3: 2500
3 > 4: 3400
4 > 5: 4400
5 > 6: 5400
6 > 7: 6500
7 > 8: 7600
8 > 9: 8800
9 > 10: 10000
10 > 11: 11300
11 > 12: 12700
12 > 13: 14100
13 > 14: 15600
14 > 15: 17200
15 > 16: 18800
16 > 17: 20500
17 > 18: 22300
18 > 19: 24200
19 > 20: 26200
20 > 21: 28300
21 > 22: 30500
22 > 23: 32800
23 > 24: 35200
24 > 25: 37700
25 > 26: 40400
26 > 27: 43200
27 > 28: 46100
28 > 29: 49200
29 > 30: 52400
---------------
Total: 629650

Once you have the item with the augment on it, you can change the client side memory of what rank it is. This is how I showed the capped items, as well as how much RP each rank needs. Here are a few examples of the Alabaster Earring.
Rank 9:
Rank 23:
And finally, Rank 29:
I did it for every rank, and used the NextRP on the item in my list.
By Felgarr 2025-09-16 08:48:58
How funny would it be if SE simply mixed up the augments for earing and the cape? I mean ....I feel like that would solve a LOT of problems, no?
By Nariont 2025-09-16 09:06:42
so... on the wsd piece you'd have 15 acc/racc/macc, all attr+10 and STP+5 while the earring gets 25 accuraccies/atk+ratk, and 15 dex/str?
Think it'd just make both pretty meh though 15 dex/str ear is nice i guess

About 130 solo runs at lv 119 for 1 item...
I did 5 and I'm dead bored of it.

Yeah I'm going to take this SLOW. You should also try i123-i125 mobs are slightly harder but will reduce your grind by a lot.
Find a few friends and do a run or two a week.

So I ran in a group of 12 last night at 135 tenmos
It's better by almost 15mins per tower
Felt like 30-1h advantage
I think I was averaging 15-30mins 3 with 3 trusts
Or 1+ -2h full tenmos
So please do not let the stigma spread that groups are bad
It's bad enough that people stick to themselves as it is
Also still mad about my 1(0)/3 drops
I wonder if it's because I did not engage with any nms this week or last
Despite what the patch notes said
At this rate points won't ever be an issue
By K123 2025-09-16 10:45:24
I'd say going with more people to Temenos might be a good idea since most pulls are 1-2 mobs more than you need with a party of 6 anyway, so could just kill the extras.

For sure. Doing 135 runs with a partial alliance felt like the casual hangout version of a segment run. No time pressure, no picking optimal jobs, no sneak/invis shenanigans; Just made sure we had heals & support and murdered everything while chatting on discord.
The hardest part was making sure everyone was on the same ilvl setting before we started. It was slightly slower waiting for more people to port up before starting a new floor, but not by a huge margin.
We tried engaging the first NM we saw, which turned out to be a mistake with no tanks. We weren't running mambos at the time though, so YMMV with better buff options. Noting where the NM's were and coming back after the climb worked fine tho.
By Taint 2025-09-16 15:26:33
Not having to sneak is a HUGE time saver. I like the 12man idea in Temenos.

We did use S/I a little on the (2?) beastmen floors in central just because of how huge the floors are. There's no point using it on the grah floors.

4 sure a group is better.
And nice that you established that.
I mean... it's not too hard to figure out, you know? Obviously you kill alot faster with the biggest and the most buffs. And maybe debuffs. Why would killing a few more matter at that point.
And yeah... I can do higher and even the highgest levels solo, still lv 119 is the fastest (by alot).
But the flag besides my name isnt some imaginary country like cananada in the same timezones as the part of the continent (on wich cananada might be on or not) with a very high population on the Server.
It means as long as I have a job, I only can play while 95% (guess) of the Server population doesnt. Almost the only thing I get to see is RMT shouts.
Yes, this is my problem. And no half baked braging fixes it.
My last friend in ffxi quit in 2016. The game isnt equal to everyone.

I too live in Europe and in the times I can play (between 19h and 23h30, give or take), there's plenty of NA, middle east, and even a few JPs around already. They might be sitting in mog house depressed that nobody else is online just like you, go out and do some shouts, you might find an EU linkshell eventually, especially on Asura.

It would be great if something like guild work was still being worked on
And people could some how put their jobs and stuff ideally via the plugin
But with a goal of announcing
What your availability is
What content you want
What you can offer
I guess with the current state, if you can bring an alt or not
Seeing direct insight into each servers availability and players that line up with your playtimes
Break down some of these solo barriers
I am gonna be more inclined to join up with some random guy with an alt than some random doing limbus solo because that's also a weird convo that can be avoided by oh hey you use this addon and it already tells me you are looking for people to do stuff with

Does that mean using this site is a tos violation?
By Dodik 2025-09-17 12:19:29
Not as long as the site doesn't act as a third party tool to the game. So no.

Are you sure about that wording
We should stop this conversation before the magic smoke gets out and some legal scraping bot picks it up

You have proposed this idea already in multiple threads and it's always been responded to you that this would make things worse, because the population that plays vanilla is actually pretty high still, so such an addon would just split the playerbase:
- use windower? this addon is now mandatory or you're forever left out
- not use windower? you're effectively ghetto'd into playing with other vanilla players because all non natties are using this thing to group up and there's really few people left which don't use it
Feel free to refer to any of the previous 12 times this has been explained (not to you, in general)

Damn has it been that many
I guess I just desire a way to find and connect with people
Of similar availabilities.
I see these timezone posts or these I can't find a group posts and I resonate with the pain.
I currently have not been able to find people on the east coast
And can't keep doing events till 3 am
I'd move today for some people in my timezone/playtimes

the answer you don't want: go to bahamut. if you have people already that share a schedule smaller servers are great, but otherwise if you want to experience the game like an actual MMO, you need to be where the most people are.

Do NOT go to bahamut. They're gonna close that ***any day now.
If I just jumped to bahamut and they closed it shortly after I'd be *** livid.
Don't go to odin either, same deal.
By Kaffy 2025-09-17 15:55:23
they are definitely still planning something to address population imbalance, so it is a good idea to wait, but the point stands. can't really get a good multiplayer experience if there aren't actual people playing.
By Horovivi 2025-09-17 15:56:23
I just got my 3rd matter in Temenos and traded the earring and the matter to the furnace and it said in the chat log requirement to upgrade will be one alabaster matter and the earring and 750 units. Once I did all that it literally did nothing to the earring. I’am still at 1600 rp till lvl 2. What did I do wrong?
By Dodik 2025-09-17 16:28:46

It's offtopic so not going to go into it.
It would just be very stupid to have preemptive knowledge they're going to kill the economy by isolating it, and willingly go before it happens.
Anyone who recently decided to go there hoping it was the new center of the universe should demand their money back too.
(I don't care about the economy why does it matter to me! The people you're leaving your server to play with care and they'll leave, sending you back to square one)
