For someone saying "RA only lies", this is a rather bold statement to make with no supporting proof considering: Activision makes CoD, which is a subsidiary of Blizzard, who is owned by Microsoft.

They fully intend to take it away from Sony in a period of time and make it exclusive, I believe 8 years? This is the reason for their panic, and throwing money at the wall to try make something similar that will sell sony consoles years from now. Also Sony as the platform, take 30% and the owner takes the rest. So microsoft makes 70% from all sales of CoD on PS5 right now.
