I ran a tracert when this first happened and the hops died in japan i believe but im not sure i had the right ip. (found it on some old forums).
Does anyone know what ip that xi servers are? I can troubleshoot tomorrow.

Just started happening to me on the east coast of Canada last night. Began in the client as 3011, 3100, and 3101 [I believe that was all three error codes] and now I can't even get through POL, getting POL-0011.
I just finished run 419 of Lilith for Malignance gear, and was losing my mind trying trying to get the last 2 pieces. Maybe this was a gift? lol... EDIT: Now getting POL-1160 Started happening to my wife and I last night too.
We both warped out of a party in Moh Gates back to Port Bastok. I landed okay, she landed into an endless downloading black screen that eventually kicked her out. After three hours of reboots, restarts, and VPNs that did nothing to help, we tried tethering through my cell phone and got on with no problem. Two other people in our LS had the same problem too - one got on fine with tethering as well but for the other tethering didn't seem to fix things. Checked again this morning with the regular internet connection and can't get past the POL-0011 error. Tried FFXIV just to see and had 3 "could not verify" errors there but eventually got through with no further problem. I went to Homepoint into Mhaura and got a black screen then POL-0011.
Now Im lucky if I can get through POL without getting a POL-0011/POL-3100 error. Also Canada here. Like what the actual *** is going on here? I was playin' through the free login period and had 0 issues. Last night alt was disconnected and couldn't get back on. Today, login event is over but I still have difficulty getting past any of the initial loading screens.
Was plannin' to sub for a bit, but what's the point if I can't login? Wow, Shocker. Free login campaign is over, and I can login normally now without a VPN.

I was trying to get the same information to give to my ISP to run a traceroute and they would submit a ticket, but i couldn't find this information

I was able to get online, however only with a vpn. I don't know how long the free trial will last, but they didnt ask for credit card and it's 10GB trial. Give it a shot you bunch of hosers! (i'm a hoser too).
I tried Windscribe VPN and it is currently working.

I wonder if anyone from north east USA (ME, VT, NY, etc etc) are having this problem as well? Still getting same errors without VPN here also.

Northeast US has been having problems, especially with one provider (Altice One/Optimum). It's only recently that it's cropped up in CA as well

I use Midcontinent in Fargo, no issues in any other game. Probably some routing issue between us and SE.

Had the same issue last night with one of my 2 characters. Also in Canada. My other character was fine though.
Today I can log both characters.

Thankgoodness the LCBO is essential, But this is ridiculous. The problem is effecting different ISPs, and do not effect other MMOs / games that need connecting to the world wide web. I think the downed hop got resolved, logged in x3 without any issues, zoning around as well.

I did port forwarding to see if that would help. I was able to log in and I am still logged in, so we will see how long it lasts!

Also able to log in and use 3 characters fairly reliably now. Took some repeated efforts though. Hopefully it lasts, we'll see

He found out we’re not social distancing online and has locked us out. He extended the lockdown to our digital avatars. ; ;
