I'm guessing beastmen can't control either beaucedine or xarcabard.
Last week on my server we hat Fiat Lux access in sandy & windy but not bastok (bastok only had 2/4 local zones).
All 3 had access to Kinslayer: bailies & Bailey Borer.
Bastok did not have access to Kinslayer: Keep, which I'm guessing means they simply didn't do the first Kinslayer 16 times.
This week we only have Xarc, and both Kinslayer & Bailey Borer are gone. is that the loss of a Castle Zvahl zone or loss of Beaucedine Glacier that caused them to go away?

More info from other servers as to what conditions opened up Kinslayer: Bailies would be helpful. BGwiki is just an educated guess for now.
So Baileys/Keep are beastmen this week for the first time in a couple months. Beaucedine/Xarcabard are Sandy. With some reconnaissance effort, Bailey Borer and Kinslayer: Baileys were unlocked. Then with additional effort and repeats (I can't pinpoint exactly what did it), Kinslayer: keep was unlocked. So that tracks. At one point, the Keep ops disappeared and reappeared.

Anyway, I'm not sure about whether Beaucedine/Xarcabard control affects the availability of the Kinslayer ops but the ops description suggests it might? Or maybe reconnaissance just isn't high enough?

just changed back to sandy for some Ops.
sandy controls: Throne Room, Xarcabard (S), all local zones including La Vaule, and Castle Oztroja (S)...
Beastmen control Beaucedine (S) and both castle zvahls, yet San d'Oria does not have access to any Smokescreens, even V.

edit: ... might be because i dropped 2 ranks changing nation. will upadte after i can rank up.

dawnlight medal... and no Smokescreen V or Aegis Scream V. odd
double checked, sandy does own xarcabard (S) and beastmen own beaucedine (S), so both should show up. can't imagine they both need medal of altana. oldwiki shows the lowest medal unlocking them both. wonder if it has to do with Throne Room being owned by sandy, or maybe castle oztroja being under standy instead of windy making them both vanish.
