In the past, when they've said stuff like "Physical Damage Limit" they have been referring to the cRatio/pDIF cap (MNK adjustment), in which case it won't benefit you at all if you are below capped attack (which is a higher bar due to the increased cRatio requirement.)
Is it possible to beable to test the pDIF against low level mobs? sure they might die in one hit, but requires less attack buffs between the attack and defence? or thats not how it works
