A popular shopping center here that had several pokestops had them all removed, the property management said they didn't do it.

A couple tenants seemed put off by the crowds but many of the shops and restaurants gained double the business and embraced Pokemon Go.

Can tenants actually have stops removed over a property manager's head?

You'd think such a place would make those storefronts prime real estate.

A big park in Downtown Houston, Discovery Green, has contacted Niantic requesting the removal of all PokeStops and Pokemon Gyms on their grounds. Apparently, there have been several instances where some PoGo players are disrespecting the park's rules and hours of operation as well as leaving a mountain of trash behind. The operators of the park initially embraced the Pokemon Go players, but some took advantage and now the park operators want them gone.

Apparently, these were removed after an unrelated lawsuit, not due to requests or complaints.

A hospital a friend works at said the stop and gym were removed recently.

This is what I've seen mentioning it. No real evidence but the Farm (the shopping center in question) has stated that they had nothing to do with several stops and a gym bring removed.

Fyi; The Farm has several antique horse-drawn farming implements placed in the shopping center, each one was a stop and one was a gym prior to the removal.

Glad they're more efficient to remove than adding them.

Regarding pokestop removal - I was wondering about this as well. A children's daycare was listed as a gym up until a few weeks ago. Just noticed it today because the daycare is across from my REAL workout gym (ironic, I know). It's now no longer listed. I'm guessing management got tired of a bunch of people pulling into that innocent establishment and battling for hours on end. Can't blame em.

Nearby to that spot is a local cemetery, where during the week they open the gates and allow cars and tourists through. There are a total of 12 stops inside there, and 2 gyms, and I have seen kids riding their bikes/walking on mounds/gravesites to access the stops. I feel like this is disrespectful and they should request to have those stops removed from cemeteries. I would hate it if some teenage kids were riding their bikes on my dead loved one's grave.

Requires desktop, but I just use Remote Desktop Connect and share my screen from my android device. I have a notepad with local coordinate and just change them on the go.

The scan area mixed with the delay between scans on this sucks... I'd be better off walking, geez.

Agreed. Its about 10 seconds per scan, and yes its pretty crappy compared to before. However, far better than walking blindly. I was able to catch a few rarer types right around my neighborhood with the tracker randomly doing scans throughout the day.

Its just a matter of time until PokeMesh etc hit the market again, so I wouldn't fret too much. tracking will be back ^^

Pokemesh has been back, but you cant download it from google/apple. Gotta go to their twitter/FB, or if you have the app still, download it from there. ...but it's still bleh compared to pokevision :(

On the plus side, I did leave it running all night. Turns out a dragonite spawned around me.

when you load up pokemesh, on that loading screen, there should be a download option if you have the app, if not, twitter/fb. current version is 3.2

I would expect a fix for PokeMesh coming soon. It actually was a pretty good ap. PokePro as well. But since C&D orders are going out, and I feel like nobody wants to have to deal with that, the current workaround is to just hack the google api via Pokémon Go Desktop Map. Archaic, but functional for the moment.

I ran into a Dragonite the normal way last week, lost IC and it glitched/ran, no idea the CP value it was ???.

No option to login for Pokemesh through Trainer's Club? I'm not making an entirely new Gmail account I'll have to keep up with. I'd rather fly blind.

Man with how poor quality the game is with the crashing issues (I keep crashing every time I look at my pokemon to decide which one I wanna power up) and the fact that every single time I have full signal and try to catch a pokemon, the game freezes on me. I'm so tempted to just stop playing for a while and come back when something big happens. I mean aside from the later number pokemon (Jinx, Electabuzz, Magmar, Mr Mime, etc etc) I've got just about everything...

Sounds more like a phone/carrier issue as the game has been rather stable lately.
