The HPV Vaccine doesn't cause those kinds of medical complications - genetic faults cause them to happen, and the catalysts can vary widely.
Doesn't sound at all like she stepped back to look at *any* reason other than "She recently got vaccinated! VACCINES CAUSED HER PAIN!" She should have actually consulted other doctors to find out what the actual problem was. Turns out that she didn't do anything of the sort to follow up with any kind of due diligence. Instead, she took a video of her kid wailing in pain - which panders to the emotional response of many, rather than the logic center of the brain. And secondly, she still hasn't bothered to find suitable medical attention or second opinions and has since left her child in unbearable pain.
