I am currently 0/3 on the rabbit charm drop, and looking for helpful hints to force that charm out of that fuzzy bunny! Thanks for your stories/hints/suggestions!
Never camp him. You can farm the gil up faster to get the charm. I used to camp it and went around 0.12 and got tired. I just wide scan when im around to see if hes up. Thants about it
I went about 1/54 on this ***. The charm isn't that expensive anymore. Farm other stuff like tree saplings or whatnot and just buy from AH.
If you are one of those sadistic must-get-every-drop-from-every-NM-in-the-game type people, then I wish you luck. Bring TH. Probably THF/RNG or THF/BST for widescan. There are only 3 bunnies there, but it can pop anywhere from the outpost to the peninsula looking thing on the east side. Ran into this guy the other day as 7PLD. Girlfriend was on SMN. Don't even know what the drop is. I just don't think I've ever killed it before.

0/3 but i've never camped it. i suggest farming and buying this thing because unless you get really lucky the drop rate is horrible low. i always look for it when i OP to sandy but it's never up XD
I'm 0/30ish on the little ***. Someone in my LS who has never camped him before ran into him randomly the other day and got the drop -.-
I camped him once and killed him. No drop. Then I went and heard other people's horror stories about going 0/18399761735719 and decided that if I ever wanted a rabbit charm, I'd buy one.
I killed it once not knowing what he was, not even knowing at the time what a nm was. It killed me, i was like lvl 8 thf and just thought it was like any other bunny. I learned the hard whay.
He sucks, 0/30ish on him, I used to camp him when I was bored back in the day when it was expensive. I see no use for the charm anyway since it seems no matter how much steal + I have on I still fail 90% of the time.

Thanks, I camped him with about 7-8 jobs when they could get exp in the area yet still kill him and a few other times with TH4. Gonna try sacrificing small animals next. I kill him if I see him but don't go out of my way to find him.I am 0/4 on the charm so far.

Wandering through Ron as a low level RDM, only just got rid of me "?" when Im grinding through bunnies. I see JEJ and Dia him and don't even notice the name until after Im dead. That was the day I learned about Notorious Monsters. :( The End. I'm 3/3.
Every time I kill him, its either on the way for a dynamis Sandy or I have to go to Sandy for some cooking mats for ***. Every time I see him, I get off my choco and pwn him as a naked whatever/whm. Sold all 3 charms too. First one was for 500k, I think the second one was 400k, third one was only 150k though.

kill him if you see him up, but don't camp lol F*CK Jaggedy-Eared Jack! That guy is an @$$hole! I gave up on that crap and bought my rabbit charm.

I went 1/1 on him. Only seen him in game once and killed him as I was running thru ronfaure to sandy from the OP.
I've camped him as THF with TH2. 0/4.
I'm wondering if ppl with TH4 had any luck but if I had TH4 then I'd be camping waaayyy more profitable stuff. I bought my rabbit charm btw 1/1 back in the day (b4 my choco license/nomad moogles in dunes) when i would run from dunes to sandy to change jobs or whatnot
i got yelled out by a "high lv player" said he was "camping it" like i knew what that meant lol so it funded my PLD for a good bit XD

If you camp it just because you want the charm then yes you should spend your time farming the gils and then buy it. I myself camped it because I wanted to see it drop since it's very rare. I love NM hunting so much and getting the drop from Jack was a good goal to achieve in my NM hunting career. Got a drop with TH2 then one with TH3 and TH4. I still camp it sometime just because I miss doing it but I don't care about the gils lol. And give a good hour break between camping sessions. Best of luck to you!
