Any advice on these sets i would appreciate,

Not doing Meeble, NNI or Salvage so that limits my ooptions quite a bit

All manibozho gear upgradet in Path B Acc+15 Att+10 Dex+10 wich i assume would be supperior to the STR path for Stringing pummel and Shijin Spiral.

Pummel is a STR/VIT Mod, so there is no reason to use DEX on it. Also, for the TP, Usukane +1 Head/Legs/Feet and Rancorous Mantle are better.

Oh wow why did i think Stringing Pummel is DEX, well then better to go DEX or STR path and use SP or SS

You don't really use a lot of VIT gear for Pummel, so the STR on it makes up for the lack of it, but the added DEX from some gear helps with crits on the WS. Just don't use all DEX gear for it.

SS is dex maybe why SP can crit and is why it can give some great numbers where as SS can't. I always have a mix and dex helps acc and crit rate.

I don't think Oneiros Ring over Rajas is worth it in your TP set either. Considering the 100 HP Merits you lose in order to activate the latent on Oneiros, it's not really worth it.

Not sure where to ask this but this might be a good spot.

I'm thinking of unshelving my Pup and was wondering how much gear does Mnk and Pup share from abby and beyond (espcially when moving away from Empy gear)? If a lot can be used by both, then my plan to lv pup back up will go forward since bag space is an issue when choosing to lv Pup or not.

A heck of a lot now a days I carry a lot of the same pieces myself for both other than af/emp/relic and pet specific items...

A good TP set to shoot for. As of right now, I do not know what I could replace to cap out the haste for the Master. I believe the Martial Arts on the neck and waist make up for the missing 3% Haste.

oohhh, that's right. I forget sometimes that the Salvage pieces have set bonuses. That covers the missing haste, glad you pointed that out.

I like this Pummel set! To riff on it...

Possible sidegrades;
Head: Whirlpool > Thurandaut > who cares Thurandaut is so easy to get, go get it.
Body: Matanca > Omodaka > Toci's > Usukane+1 > Cirque +2 > Thurandaut
Hands: Tenryu +1(Aug) > Myrmex > Mustela > Murzim/Nomkahpa > Cirque+2
Legs: Manibozho > Usukane +1/Abatteur > Athos > Thaumas > Cirque +2
Feet: Omodaka > Thaumas > Thurandaut > Cirque +2

Atleast I think so... If I've gotten things wrong, please correct me!

Well, the OP did specifically mention no Meeble/NNI/Salvage pieces so that posted set is fine with the following substitutions:

Body: Toci's (preferred) or Thurandaut
Gloves: Mustela (assuming no Provenance access)
Feet: Thurandaut or Cirque +2 (preferred)

Wouldn't augmented kheper jacket beat out Toci's harness?

Here's what I'm using at the moment (for smite, anyway)
ItemSet 270441

Yeah, I need to work on those new h2h... I highly doubt I'll 99 Verethragna.

EDIT: Nevermind, I thought all light armor DD were on that- I haven't used PUP since I augmented my kheper jacket... I guess I'm getting my Toci's harness back from my mule now lol

Additional Edit: Changed H2H from Verethragna/Smite Build

Even though Thurandaut boots would be easier to get, Cirque +2 are a better choice due to the STR/DEX/Accuracy on the feet.

I'd have to test it out, but the WS DMG+ only applies to the first hit, I believe.

Manibozho doesn't have that path. So you'd have to assume Att+15 Acc+10 STR+10

also for Pummel, Bladeborn+Steelflash should beat Brutal+Moonshade(TPBonus/Atk) every time right?

Gear doesn't matter, the correct sub job does. PUP/BLM so you can warp yourself home and change jobs:)

Brutal Earring is 5% DA while using a Moonshade Earring along side it (augmented with Atk +4/TP Bonus +25; if you use Regain, go redo it), that combo should still be best for WS. Bladeborn+Steelflash is a set for TP in Delves, not for WS.

I'd probably switch hands out for Pantin +2 for more pet haste and Rigors to burts since the pet is the only one attacking and Alternator gives a large enough accuracy bonus on its own to make the Regain more useful.

ItemSet 284221

I think the Pet: -10% damage taken, +5 haste anwig salade is a step up.

ItemSet 284221

This set is for PUP and Automaton both attacking. With Turbo Charger +1 wind maneuver, capped haste for both.
ItemSet 301418

This set if you're using automaton on the monster while you hang back. Pants you could technically use Empy+2 for the combat skill+10 effect since this goes over haste cap for auto anyway with one wind maneuver.
ItemSet 301419

This set for nuking. In Fracture when we do the grasshopper NM for people that need clear and you can't WS on it, I use BLM frame. Get about 1400 Thunder V. 2827 Thunder V if I do use Ice Maneverx3 with Ice Maker. Hands and Head augmented btw. I don't have legs/feet +2 yet though. :<

i believe it was shown that turbo charger + 15% in gear put the auto at haste cap, so pantin hands were kinda un nessecarry (unless paired w/ moepapa stone) that's why i opted toward the af3 hands

I'm not sure I understand this correctly. You're saying that 15% is the automaton's haste cap or that 15% with Turbo Charger and 1 wind maneuver with gear to 25% is cap? I thought it was the latter which was why I put in Murzim Zucchetto (Automaton haste+6) and Pantin Dastanas +2 (+4) on the hybrid TP set for master/automaton to cap both of their haste from gear. Though the pet set I do have goes over the haste cap with one wind maneuver. :x
