Yea which I think the haste part may still be limited to bard for the recast time I guess. I dunno, SE made alot of things that make no sense to ppl but guess that's how they make it a balance in the game somewhere.

Yeah, haste has nothing to do with cast time... It's only recast time. "Fast Cast" is cast time. Or anything that says "X spell cast time -Y%".

Like... Yigit's song spellcasting -10% and Cure Clogs' Cure Casting -5% or whatever.
