actually I was speaking more in general, even in an apt complex or shared house/housing with roomates.

Turn up the music. It shouldn't have to be THAT loud if they're also being courteous and being quieter as well.

Guess I can only speak from a personal point of view, as that's how it is for most people here, but I don't really see the issue with kids having sex in their parents house.
But, what age are you talking about?
14-15+ seems to be very normal over here, 16 beeing the legal age.
My mom and dad never complained, and just told me that if I want/need to talk about it, they'r there for me. >_>

Turn up the music. It shouldn't have to be THAT loud if they're also being courteous and being quieter as well.
If its the girl being loud
that is when you bang on the wall and say Oral only or gtfo

I briefly stayed with a guy who wasn't courteous at all. I'm still not sure if the chick even knew I was in the room right next to them (they were in living room right around the corner from the room I was in with the open door). It was rather annoying.
The guy was a *** anyway, and I only ended up staying there for maybe 2 weeks.

I also had roommates for basically a year that were a couple. I never once heard them. No music covering it up either. I think it went both ways though. I don't think they ever heard anything from my room.

I once shared a room with somebody (bunk bed too) and they liked to shove their lotion in the bottom of the box spring my mattress was on, was hilarious when I'd hop down and catch him.
