Aww. That sucks. I thought you could get a copy of the world somehow, but maybe you have to be running your server yourself.

I might not make it as tall this time. I play Minecraft once in a while, I'm on the ObsidianCraft server and am building myself a B&B right beside a battle arena while my friend runs a shop selling armour and weapons and the like. I didn't finish my B&B yet though, I should get around to that and start selling some property and services.
I can't wait to get home, I need me some minecraft.

=/ I had just spent hours trying to get my doors to work.. and I cleared out my huge underground 'basement' mostly by hand >.<
Next time I'm building up instead of down I think. well, at least this time i'll be able to work better, i wont start with as static a grid, but build each block at a time, that way i have more room to work with.
I shall build my tower instead of and underground thing.
Just got server up and running yesterday, doing custom map quests n such w/friends. "Kingdom of the sky", by Odin's beard it's been funny! Half the map has been blown to bits, damned creepers ; ;
Heck no D:! makes it half Le fun xD!
what would you say to using a premade map volk? i have a map that i started a few months ago, that was supposed to be an adventure type map similar to broville's style, except it was based on 2 continents. i only got about 2 towns and 2 villages finished, and started work on the first continents capital city though.

it probably wouldnt be right for it then, the way i have the plans set up on it I have been talking with volk about possible server hosting i found a reliable source its 23.99 a month for a fairly powerful server with full support and protection rated at 25 people max limit. Is it worth it there is also a smaller server with a 15 player capacity at 20 a month, seeing as im about to give up xi i could start it up but not sure.

I will think on hosting a server 23 a month isnt horrible for a 25 slot upper limit with good power, just need to see if its mod friendly not all server hosts are.
If you do I'll gladly join, I've been homeless since Volks server went down, I realy liked where I was building too ; ;
Im still in the dark when it comes to servers tbh. Can you freely install mods on servers or are there conflicts i have not been able to find out this information
i would honestly get a smaller server size around 15~18, cuz i noticed at peak times, we didn't even have over 10 people on at once lol. Give me a week or so to check some things over. IF all looks good I'll have another server up
alright volk ill hold on it for now but if it looks like you cant ill see what i can do.
