under $500 sure, but I'd probably gut it a bit and put a Mame box in there.

any more than that and I'd just get somebody to build/paint me the cabinet. I'd probably replace the screen anyway, would have to find a light gun that works on lcd though.

Pretty sure Schizm or I could fix that, or at least be able to replace the monitor, with one like that you can just upgrade to an LCD, don't have to worry about compatibility with the game. (ok maybe aspect ratio).
