I am attempting to sit down for negotiations with the Kingdom of Ni. I am certain they will join us to free RT from the Subligarians. Their military might will surely tip the scales so far in our favor it will be impossible for the Subligarians to win.

I don't think Ni would/should help to over throw one king to have a power vacuum with another king quickly to rise and threaten it again. Besides, with RT in civil war, Ni would be more peaceful.
