There sky pops... don't they drop 2 at a time now or something? Though i guess people are doing sky a bit more now for augments but idk for sure. I know I've had a couple pops sitting in my mog for like 2 years now.

Yeh if they are seals they want them back just to augment with probably XD I can't see them lableing you a thf threatening you ability to find people to play the game though, that stuff generally blows over quick perticularly when the person in question had quit the game. And lets face it if you were gunna pilfer a LS I think you would want to aim higher then a few sky pops when they were what? 50k a peice? Anyhow, not much has changed lately in the game, added a new hnm system (Voidwatch) but so far havn't seen many people doing and they revamped dynamis (with NMs scaled to lv90 added I think), Can't think of anything else that might be relevent to if you wanted to come back or not.

Sure it's a nice thing to have but when your cooped up in that place for 90% of the game... no.

Exactly.
I mean, I like the fact that you can do almost everything in Abyssea with 2 or 3 people, but I also hate that. It doesn't feel like an endgame event, it just feels like going out in a small party and whacking things until they drop what you want (a.k.a farming).
I liked the feel of sky/sea/einherjar, but now no-one wants to do hardly any of it because gear from Abyssea outshines most of the gear you get from those ^ places.
Yeah that's my problem, i'm quite a good way behind in terms of gear and whatnot (even if it's situational) that could be got from ein/sea, and noone does that anymore.
Just feels like more of a casual game now unless you get into those LS that really whip your *** to get stuff done lol.

FFXI has lost a lot of it's appeal. It's not very noob friendly, having a lv 75 (excuse me, 90) means nothing anymore, and most crafts have died out because of their uselessness.
