I don't even remember really. The most random ***I could find. It probably won't kill me, but it's going to cancel out yesterday's caloric deficit. I went from 230 to 160 lbs since last August. I put on weight when I first got depressed because I used food to make me feel happy lol.

Meh... some times it is worth it if they food is good.

Little Italian restaurant here in Waxahachie that the wife and I go to sometimes. They give you a salad bar and then a huuuuuuuuuge plate filled to the brim that I never have a problem finishing.

Some times good food is worth the binge... but then again I'm kinda fat and I love food.

Meh weight numbers are hard to go by on the interweb.

I'm 275 lbs and only 6'2" so you would think I'm a blob. Bit of a belly, but no trouble finding my penis or feet looking down.

I love food too, but I could only have one or the other. My city is known for our unhealthy food which makes it worse.

Pasta and breads during big meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) will help fill you up and make you feel full longer.

Nuts/berries/fruits for snacking. Carrots if you need something crunchy.

Biggest problem is you have to go shopping more often since fresh foods don't stay fresh very long. Once a week isn't that bad though.

What I eat isn't what really gets me in trouble. I was literally eating full meals every 30 mins to an hour.

Heh it's no big deal, people are going to check you out whether you like it or not, some are just more subtle about it but everyone does it, everyone! Eye contact is a great thing I would definetely encourage it with everyone! You can learn a great deal about a person through their eyes, it's like an instinctive form of communication :o

Could try a handful of nuts? I been snacking on carrots too they are so boring after a while -.- so sometimes have a handful of nuts, they are a very substantial food and just a handful is enough to quell hunger for a little while at least :3

Indeed. Nuts are awesome. Stray from peanuts though unless they are unsalted.

Oh really? Interesting... I have always felt a direct look in the eye holds a kind of challenge on a primitive level, especially among males. I wonder if it stems from that :o
