I don't go to psychologists either because they can't write for meds. My psychiatrist keeps telling me I should be seeing a therapist, but I always blow him off because I hate therapy.

Also, if caffeine helps someone relax and concentrate, that person may have ADD/ADHD. Caffeine is a stimulant after all just like the meds I'm prescribed for my ADD. The prozac/adderall combo was just as bad. dont make me paranoid! oh too late lol

Kind of makes me wonder what's in that pill. most people are over prescribed medications and because the market is allowed to operate the way it is, there's never or at least rarely a push to wean people off the medication to be able to function "normally" without it, then again I question the drive to make people "normal" in the first place. I used to be on a few pills and it took me years to fully "awaken" I was sort of in a daze for so long while on them, being off them I felt like I was asleep for a long time.

The Adderall actually helps me, but it's easy for me to try to chase the euphoria.
I'm like Chuuuuu, a bunch of crap's probably wrong with my brain but I don't take pills for it. <_<

Pretty hard for me to keep eye contact with anyone I haven't known my entire life. I play with my hands too if I try to talk to someone.

Well I struggled with severe depression for the majority of my life. Like really, being 11~12 and unhappy all the time is not normal. So I guess I am a bit of a special case comparative to others.

I never really understood depression. The closest I've ever been is, uh... lonely?
I'm assuming I'm depressed, but I'm not unhappy per se. I don't have any emotions at all, nor do I have motivation to do anything.
For mental problems and stuff I've found that good people are the best medicine from that just being around them and doing whatever can just calm you down like that or make you happy. Medicine adjusts the controls of your body to set your parameters of your mood so it's a lot easier to be a certain way with consequences.
Of course I also know that good people are hard to find so usually breaking the norm and doing something I don't normally do can help usually via epiphany or something along those lines |
