I'm kinda curious what he means, I mean using oil wrong is like using toilet paper wrong.. It either works or you just got a gloppy disgusting mess >_>
Sometimes you would use more oil then others depending on what you were going for. If it was mainly just to keep it from sticking you would only use a bit but if you were say frying a chicken breast you can give it a bit more of a crust by giving a bit of depth to the oil... there is a term for when you use lots of it in a pan as opposed to just a bit but it escapes me atm

Pan frying is what I was thinking of... the "proper" way of doing it with regards to chicken is to use 1/2 cm of oil in the pan. That said you can get away with more or less and it's not a big deal, I think most people use pan frying just to refer to frying it in a pan anyways XD

IDK how much for sure so I just threw in 80mil as an estimate, that would be 1.6k

I fell asleep...anyway the earthquake was in the north, I don't live there. Also, the one that hit L'Aquila couple years ago was a lot worse, it completely erased the town.
Not that this one isn't bad, some people died afterall. I don't even know what my point is, I just woke up.

Edit: they are apparently remaking Forest Gump but with black characters instead. Or at least that is the rumor I heard.
