Damnit Arte! I need people to say that it is poop so I don't have to get it. I am trying really hard to stick to my guns and not buy anything more from gamestop but damn.
The interface and battle system take some getting used to, but it's very involved and I can imagine would get very tactical as time passes, levels are gained and skills (or rather arts) are learned. Strangely, from what I can tell, the synergy between your character and your party members depends heavily on your relationship with them and how well you get along. It's very interesting and intricate, and I only touched the surface.
But for now I was simply blown away by how much attention to detail there was and how fluid the animations were for being on the Wii. I'm as impressed with this title as I was with Skyrim when that first came out.
When I put the disc in, I just watched the gorgeous idle display of your weapon sitting in the ground on a grassy field as the transition between day to night and back to morning went through vividly and seamlessly while playing the main theme. It was just beautiful...
It always ends up being the games that sucker me into new platforms more so than the hardware capacity or new features they boast. The vita seemed like a hard sell to me, but I have to admit the remote play for PS3 titles and with more and better games on the horizon... /sigh
-_- I also recently got FES on Ps2 and haven't played it yet.
I really need to stop slacking, they keep remaking games as soon as I buy them. Shadows of the Colossus, Silent Hill 2, and now the Personas. I swear if I went out and tracked down a copy of Legend of Dragoon they would announce the next day a HD remake :/

go buy tales of destiny and tales of destiny II please =)
Yikes, so many good games out there I need to catch up on.
Chuuu, what would be the proper order of sequence in the Persona franchise? I know the oldest one is probably an antique and hard to find, so whatever is more readily available and makes the most sense to start with would be good too.
i dunno i had an ex get me into the series and told me to play persona 4 before i played persona 3. since persona 4 was easier. though persona 4 is a sequel to persona 3. i say persona 3 FES first then persona 4. i tried playing persona 1 and 2 but i like 3 and 4 better
The stories in general seem like such a big mental cluster-*** that it wouldn't really be a chronological detriment to play them out of order, but either way my mind can work around it in the long run, I just hate being confused through 99% of the game then having a bomb of information dropped at the very end, leaving you to sort it out for yourself by the time the credits roll lol.
i dont think they are that confusing. just play 3 then 4. you will see familiar faces i didnt get to see cuz i played 4 before 3. have to grind though cuz the games arent very forgiving
This is a thread that I found on another website I post at. It can be really really interesting. I thought it deserved a place here.
Post your random thoughts for the day here, or anything else that intrigues you.
For starters, is it possible to give constructive critism to someone who doesn't have a neck? I totally just walked by a girl who didn't. Someone isn't getting a necklace for Valentines day!
And who decided black and white can't be colors? I want to say a racist. I really do.
