Try playing Xenogears if you think the encounter rate in FF4 is harsh.

I respectfully disagree, but maybe that's cuz I'm young and have only had one real heartbreak. o.o

The worst part?

"Hey look, a big gap! I'm gonna run and jump at the last second so I can make it across!"
*gets running start*
*random encounter as you try to hit jump*
*fight, beat stuff up, win, etc.*
*promptly fall off ledge, having to climb back up and start again*

I whole heartedly believe that every person is different. It's so hard to say who and who won't get over "it". Though, time is normally what it takes to finally move on. Time and healing. But, no matter how much time has passed.. if you can't heal from the situation, you'll forever hang onto it. There are issues that my mother has had when she was in her teens that she still wont let go of.. So.. No, time doesn't heal everything. Is it likely to? Yes.. if you're ready to move on and heal.

Random: I should have been Jessica, because my mom wanted to name me Jessica and they planned on that, but then at the last minute my dad insisted on a kid named after him. NO. JESSICA NOT STEPHANIE! And I should have been redhead, because my grandma, two of my uncles/aunts, and five of my cousins are redhead. The rest are dark brunette with red undertones, except one aunt, who was blonde. So what do I turn out? Blonde. How did that even happen? One person ever in my family history and she's not even in my most direct line and I end up with her hair color? No fair!

So anyhow, if I'd been Jessica like I was supposed to be and if I'd been redhead like I was supposed to be, I could be all "I'm not bad, I'm just drawn that way" even though I am no where close to drawn that way. ^^



I totally missed my Jessica Rabbit destiny. Drat and fiddlesticks! But it's ok, I forgive my mistaken genes and parents, just this once. ^^ Best day ever!

I was supposed to be a Victoria.. :x

Since I was born a guy, I was just given my dad's name. Had I been female, I was going to be a Samantha.

I'm the youngest of three. Both of my older siblings are girls, so while my mom was pregnant with me, they didn't ask the doctor and just assumed that I would be a girl, too.

This meant, of course, that my sisters expected my parents to bring a girl home from the hospital. So, when they brought home a baby boy instead, the younger of my sisters (3 at the time) was extremely unhappy with them and kept telling them to go back and get the little sister she was promised.

Apparently, for months afterward, she simply referred to me as "That Boy" because she wouldn't accept that I was her little brother.

You know how Leon had to start posting pictures of Gundams in his sentences instead of using their names, so some of the posters would know what he was talking about?

I'm going to have to start making these kinds of requests for Pokemon/Digimon references. <_<; I think the original releases of both series are the only ones I'd know anything about (Gabumon was in the original Digimon wasn't it? Sounds familiar...).
