Hey, we're looooooong over due for a national/worldwide-level pandemic.. It's actually kinda scary how regular they have been in the past.. I completely lack the memory to illustrate but I've seen it brought up more than once (the cycle/regularity of it) and it's just odd..

There are two sides to every coin.. medical knowledge can be used to against us as much as it can be used for us.. The knowledge that leads to vaccinations can be used to engineer disease as well... One documentary pointed out how 'science' could make things really bad..

Imagine if you took like SARS and re-engineered it become as contagious as the common cold.. Then if you could throw on it an extended incubation period.. Before the first symptoms every showed, it would be spread world wide..

It's scary to think about..
