Oh. I lived there 'till I was 10. Near Punta Paitilla. My dad was with the military so we were on post often too. Are you talking about Fort Clayton?

Also, still cannot locate that cup D:! Though I did find a lot of old photo albums. Tons of Panama pictures. Then I found a photo album from 1974~1976. >.>; My mom was hot. I got shocked. Shock and awe.
