so, last night I was brutally reminded of why I end up taking extended breaks from FFXI. I was bored. My duo buddeh made our dyna run without me, because I was out christmas shopping. so I think to myself, hell I've been after a faith torque for 6+ years, let's see if JoF is super easy now @99. so I grab some supplies & off I go. now, to understand this completely, let me say I got no drop when I ran with a LS back in the day. it was like 0/5-6 with Noob(my ls) then I joined a faction of my old LS after a 9-12month break. and went 0/2-3. @ 90 cap we realized we could duo with realative ease, and went 0/8 until my duo buddy got bored/pissed & we moved on. so last night, I was eager & ready. I popped ole' JoF, & was completely elated when I could now solo this *** cheaply & reliably. (wasn't a dangerous fight at all, used 3 eta's per & maybe 1-2 dawn mulsum if unlucky) I then get lucky with the ??? at kill the *** 4 times, no *** drop. WTF. 0/20 some on this ***REALLY???? what could possibly be my rationalle for continuing this abuse???? *** this stupid game.

That ***don't work. I used his special *** working shoes with nonslip grip in the kitchens.. they *** break to quick. Piece of ***... some dr he is.

I did. Wore them for about a week, my feet just kept getting worse, took them out, my feet started feeling better. I'm going to hopefully get new shoes for Christmas, but that's still two days away. :o
