You'd think that by now I'd have learned that my dog Dante is incredibly loyal and will always be waiting for me right outside the bathroom door when I have to do my business. As such, you would think that by now, after months of this, I could stop tripping on him every time I come out already. ><

Any mob that's T or VT drops it. I've seen people say DC but I killed a few and nothing dropped. Dangruf Wadi is a nice place too if you're solo.
